Learning

The onboarding course, and occasional live sessions

Every account includes a short, self-paced onboarding course. Alongside it, informational webinars are held periodically to walk through specific ways small practices organize client work.

Inside the onboarding course

Four short modules, each designed to be completed in a single sitting of ten to fifteen minutes.

01

Setting up your first clients

Adding contact records, importing an existing list from a spreadsheet, and organizing clients into simple categories.

02

Logging notes and history

Where to record meeting notes, how to attach files, and how the activity feed keeps a chronological record automatically.

03

Reminders and follow-ups

Setting simple reminders tied to individual clients, and reviewing a weekly list of who needs attention.

04

Building a weekly habit

A short routine for reviewing the client list once a week, so the system stays current without daily maintenance.

Live sessions

Periodic informational webinars

Beyond the built-in course, occasional live webinars are held to walk through specific topics in more depth, such as organizing a client list during a busy season or structuring notes for recurring engagements. These sessions are informational, not sales presentations, and questions are welcome throughout.
