B. Description of service

Kabazu Yiheyu provides informational content about a CRM tool designed for solo consultants and small service businesses, along with details about a short onboarding course included with the tool. This website itself is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer for any specific software license or subscription unless separately agreed in writing.

This website and any related services are intended for use by individuals and businesses operating lawfully within Poland or other jurisdictions where such use is permitted. D. Account responsibilities

Where a user account is created to access the CRM tool or onboarding course, the account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity occurring under that account. E. Onboarding course access

Client data entered into the CRM by a user remains that user's responsibility to manage lawfully, including compliance with applicable data protection obligations toward their own clients.
